I can’t say enough nice things about Tony from Impact. First he was extremely friendly. My furnace wasn’t even the problem but he found the problem (which was electrical) and fixed it. I recommend this company to everyone!

Our furnace broke out of nowhere on one of the coldest nights of the year. I called Impact HVAC (Tony) based on reviews on a "Mom's facebook page" and we couldnt be happier. He was able to come that next day. He was responsive and kept me updated on time he would be there so we didnt just sit by the door wondering where they were. Diagnosed the problem and went over every option in detail. Spent time going over questions and always pleasant and professional. Even called me on his way home to update me on status of finding parts for our 27 year old furnace. Also wanted to mention that he brought up our garbage cans from the bottom of the driveway on his way to the house (who does that?). Strongly recommend!!
We were having issues with a heat pump. The unit was not producing any air conditioning. Tony came over to diagnose the issue on a Saturday afternoon and was able to determine a busted compressor and control board. Come Monday, he installed a new AC unit and simplified our set up which ensured our electric furnace would run efficiently. Tony was on time, called when he said he would, and took care of us before he was booked up for the next three weeks. UPDATE 1/27/2021 - We had an issue with a condensate pump leaking on our furnace. Tony's team came out quickly and swapped it out. Unfortunately, there was more leaking issues later that day after they finished up. Tony came out personally the next morning and diagnosed and fixed the problem without question. Great customer service! Best HVAC company we've ever used.
